Mindfulness May Day at Vulcan Works

Welcome to Mindfulness May Day at Vulcan Works! As it is Mental Health Awareness month in May, we ask you to join us for a day of relaxation, reflexology, sound therapy, yoga and EFT sessions at Vulcan Works. This in-person event will feature; reflexology sessions every 20 minutes from 10am-12pm, sound therapy with mini indian head massages from 10am-12pm, EFT tapping session from 12pm-1pm, and yoga from 1.15pm-2pm! Fruit and brunch spread will be provided all day, along with fruit juices, teas and coffees. Take this opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner self, and rejuvenate your mind and body.
